Pool Closing Procedure
Customer Responsibility: The pool must be clean on arrival.
Aquatime Responsibility: Our responsibilities include pumping water down to the proper level; removal of any rails, diving boards, or accessories; removing the filter elements (if necessary); removing any baskets, directional eyes, or jets; winterization of the underground plumbing lines with compressed air; winterization of the above ground equipment and plumbing; adding pool shock treatment; and installing cover and water bags.
Customer Responsibility: Pool must be clean on arrival. The water level must be lowered 6 to 8 inches below skimmer. Filter elements must be removed and reassembled (if necessary). Cover will be put on and secured with four water bags, customer must finish securing cover. Diving boards, rails, and accessories must be removed as well.
Aquatime Responsibility: Our responsibilities include the winterization of the underground plumbing lines, winterization of the above ground plumbing lines and filtration system, adding pool shock treatment, and covering the pool and securing the cover with four water bags.
